dc.description.abstract | barang dari suatu tempat ke tempat yang lain dengan dipungut bayaran. Menjadikan angkutan umum menjadi sarana penting yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat perkotaan, terutama digunakan oleh masyarakat perkotaan yang berpenghasilan menengah kebawah untuk menunjang kegiatan sehari-hari. Karena itu sangat diperlukan pihak yang dapat menyediakan jasa angkutan umum (operator) sebagai pelayanan jasa kepada masyarakat (user) . Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh tarif berdasarkan BOK sebesar Rp. 30.467. Nilai rata – rata Ability To Pay sebesar Rp. 107.940 diatas nilai rata - rata Wilingness To Pay sebesar Rp. 31.690 (ATP > WTP), yang dimana kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan membayar lebih besar dari pada keinginan membayar jasa tersebut. Ini terjadi bila pengguna mempunyai penghasilan yang relatif tinggi tetapi utilitas terhadap jasa tersebut relatif rendah, pengguna pada kondisi ini disebut choiced riders. Public transportation is a vehicle or mode of transportation used to transport people or goods from one place to another for a fee. Making public transportation an important means needed by urban communities, especially used by urban communities with middle to lower incomes to support their daily activities. Because of this, there is a great need for parties who can provide public transportation services (operators) as services to the community (users). The Ability To Pay value is IDR. 107,940 above the Willingness To Pay value of Rp. 31,690 (ATP > WTP), which indicates that the ability to pay is greater than the desire to pay for the service. This happens if the user has a relatively high income but the utility of the service is relatively low. Users in this condition are called chosen riders. | en_US |
