dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha pada pengusaha barang bekas di Pajak Melati Medan. Jenis penelitian digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuanitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pelaku usaha di Pajak Melati Medan. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampel purposive sampling, teknik sampling menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel dimana peneliti memilih sampel sesuai dengan kriteria menggunakan sampel insidental / accidental sampling. Berdasarkan penentuan kriteria tersebut terdapat 30 responden. Hasil penelitian yaitu hasil nilai Fhitung sebesar 45,508, sehingga Fhitung > Ftabel (45,508 > 2,60) dan nilai sig = 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka ada pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha. Ketiga elemen tersebut bila digabungkan maka pengusaha tidak hanya dapat memenuhi harapan pelanggan dengan lebih baik, tetapi juga mengelola risiko dan menciptakan nilai tambah, yang secara keseluruhan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja usaha mereka di lingkungan pasar yang kompetitif. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence on business performance in second-hand goods entrepreneurs in Medan's Melati Tax. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population in the study were all business actors at Pajak Melati Medan. The sample in this study used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type, sampling technique using a sampling method where the researcher selects the sample according to the criteria using incidental sampling / accidental sampling. Based on the determination of these criteria there were 30 respondents. The results of the study are the results of the Fhitung value of 45.508, so that Fhitung> Ftabel (45.508> 2.60) and sig value = 0.000 <0.05. Based on the research results, there is a simultaneous influence between market orientation variables, entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial competence on business performance. The three elements when combined, entrepreneurs can not only better meet customer expectations, but also manage risk and create added value, which overall contributes to improving their business performance in a competitive market environment. | en_US |
