Dampak Self Efficacy Dan Locus of Control Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Amir Hamzah Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Dampak Self Efficacy dan Locus Of Control Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Amir Hamzah Medan”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa siswi sebanyak 86 siswa siswi dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden diambil dari seluruh populasi dijadikan responden penelitian. Berdasarkan uji t Self Efficacy dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,821 > 1,988) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,006 < 0,05 kemudian variabel Locus Of Control diperoleh thitung > ttabel (3,724 > 1,988) dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan variabel Self Efficacy dan Locus Of Control secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Amir Hamzah Medan. Nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (33,664 > 3,11) dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Self Efficacy dan Locus Of Control secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Amir Hamzah Medan. Koefisien determinasi (KD) = R2 X 100%, sehingga diperoleh KD = 0,435%. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 43,5% Keputusan minat berwirausaha (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Self Efficacy dan Locus Of Control. Sisanya sebesar 56,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the "Impact of Self Efficacy and Locus Of Control on Entrepreneurial Interest of Law Faculty Students, Amir Hamzah University, Medan". This type of research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 86 students using saturated sampling techniques, so the number of samples in this study was 86 respondents taken from the entire population as research respondents. Based on the Self Efficacy t test with a value of t count> t table (2.821> 1.988) with a significant level of 0.006 <0.05 then the Locus Of Control variable obtained t count> t table (3.724> 1.988) thus it can be concluded that the Self Efficacy and Locus Of Control variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of Law Faculty Students, Amir Hamzah University, Medan. The F count> F table (33.664> 3.11) with a sig of 0.000 <0.05 indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the variables Self Efficacy and Locus Of Control together have a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship of Law Faculty Students, Amir Hamzah University, Medan. The coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 X 100%, so that KD = 0.435% is obtained. This figure shows that 43.5% of the decision on interest in entrepreneurship (dependent variable) can be explained by the variables Self Efficacy and Locus Of Control.
