dc.description.abstract | Minat pembelian ulang merupakan wujud keinginan pembeli untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang di masa yang akan datang. Pembelian ulang oleh konsumen antara lain didasari pada pertimbangan lengkap tidaknya produk yang ingin dibelinya dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap perusahaan penjual produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah kelengkapan produk dan kepercayaan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen di Toko An Nazla Medan Selayang. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen yang sudah pernah atau sudah beberapa kali membeli barang-barang dagangan di Toko An Nazla dan memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Sampel diambil dengan teknik incidential sampling dan jumlahnya ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin sebanyak 67 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan sebelumnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh kelengkapan produk secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen di Toko An Nazla Medan Selayang; ada pengaruh kepercayaan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen di Toko An Nazla Medan Selayang; dan ada pengaruh kelengkapan produk dan kepercayaan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen di Toko An Nazla Medan Selayang. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahwa secara parsial dan simultan kelengkapan produk dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen di Toko An Nazla Medan Selayang. Repurchase intention is a form of buyer's desire to make repeat visits in the future. Repurchase by consumers, among others, is based on a complete consideration of whether or not the product they want to buy and consumer confidence in the company selling the product. The purpose of this study was to test whether product completeness and trust partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase interest at An Nazla Stores Medan Selayang. The research population is consumers who have or have purchased merchandise at An Nazla Stores several times and meet the predetermined criteria. The sample was taken by incidential sampling technique and the number was determined by the Slovin formula as many as 67 people. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the classical assumption test was previously carried out. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of product completeness on consumer repurchase interest at An Nazla Store Medan Selayang; there is a positive and significant influence of trust on consumers' repurchase interest at An Nazla Store Medan Selayang; and there is a positive and significant effect of product completeness and trust on consumers' repurchase interest at An Nazla Medan Selayang Store. The conclusion of the research is that partially and simultaneously product completeness and consumer trust have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase interest at An Nazla Store Medan Selayang. | en_US |
