dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan konsumen grooming Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif'karena gejala-gejala hasil pengamatan dikonversikan ke dalam angka-angka yang dianalisis menggunakan statistik. Penelitian kuantitatif mengharuskan peneliti untuk menjelaskan bagaimana variabel mempengaruhi variabel yang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif yaitu penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel (atau lebih) tersebut. Di mana hubungan antara variabel dalam penelitian akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan ukuran statistika yang relevan atas data terscbut untuk menguji hipotesis. Penelitian asosiatif Sugiyono (2019) merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan konsumen Grooming Medan. Kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan konsumen Grooming Medan. Selain itu Kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan konsumen Grooming Medan. This study examines the influence of service quality and customer trust on customer loyalty among Medan grooming consumers. This study uses quantitative research because observed symptoms are converted into numbers that are analyzed using statistics. Quantitative research requires researchers to explain how one variable influences another. This study uses associative research, which aims to determine the relationship between two (or more) variables. The relationship between the variables in the study will be analyzed using relevant statistical measures on the data to test hypotheses. Sugiyono's (2019) associative research aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty among Medan grooming consumers. Customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty among Medan grooming consumers. Furthermore, service quality and customer trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty among Medan grooming consumers. | en_US |
