dc.description.abstract | Pengolahan buah mangrove menjadi produk pangan seperti dodol, sirup, keripik, dan teh merupakan salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review atau tinjauan pustaka, yaitu metode yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mensintesis berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Tujuan dari metode ini adalah untuk memahami analisis nilai tambah dan pemasaran produk hasil olahan buah mangrove, mengidentifikasi kesenjangan penelitian, dan merumuskan kerangka konseptual yang mendukung pembahasan. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui proses analisis yang Dimana proses tersebut dimulai dari data kulitatif dan diskritif.Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai tambah dari berbagai produk olahan buah mangrove serta mengevaluasi strategi pemasarannya. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa rasio nilai tambah dari produk olahan mangrove tergolong tinggi, berkisar antara 50% hingga 91%, tergantung jenis produk dan lokasi pengolahan. Kendati demikian, pemasaran produk olahan ini masih belum optimal, umumnya hanya dilakukan saat ada event atau kunjungan wisatawan. Strategi pemasaran yang disarankan meliputi pemanfaatan media sosial, pelatihan branding, serta peningkatan keterampilan digital masyarakat. Dengan pengolahan dan pemasaran yang tepat, buah mangrove berpotensi menjadi sumber pendapatan alternatif yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat pesisir. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The processing of mangrove fruits into food products such as dodol, syrup, chips, and tea is a strategy to increase the economic value and welfare of coastal communities. This literature review aims to analyze the added value of various processed mangrove fruit products and evaluate their marketing strategies. This study uses the literature review method, which is a method conducted by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing various relevant literature sources related to the research topic. The purpose of this method is to understand the analysis of added value and marketing of processed mangrove fruit products, identify research gaps, and formulate a conceptual framework that supports the discussion. The data analysis method is carried out through an analytical process that begins with qualitative and descriptive dataThe study findings indicate that the added value ratio of processed mangrove products is relatively high, ranging from 50% to 91%, depending on the type of product and the processing location. However, the marketing of these processed products remains suboptimal, mostly conducted during events or tourist visits. Recommended marketing strategies include the use of social media, branding training, and improving the community’s digital skills.
