Abstract: | Keberlangsungan kepemerintahan yang baik dan bersih (good and clean governance) akan merangsang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan masyarakat yang disertai dengan peningkatan taraf hidup dan tingkat pendidikan masyarakat yang menimbulkan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi secara cepat dan terarah di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pelayanan di sektor publik (Birokrasi Publik) diharapkan mampu mengikuti perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi secara cepat dan dinamis sebagaimana yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat. The sustainability of good and clean governance will stimulate societal growth and development, accompanied by improvements in living standards and education levels, which will lead to rapid and targeted changes within society. Therefore, public sector services (Public Bureaucracy) are expected to be able to adapt to these rapid and dynamic changes within society. |
