Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan perilaku sosial anak usia dini, metode yang digunakan guru dalam memberikan bimbingan, serta faktor penghambat dan solusi kegiatan bimbingan di Kelompok Bermain Kenanga Raya Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini bertempat di Kelompok Bermain Kenanga Raya Medan. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah lima guru dan sepuluh anak usia 4-5 tahun. Analisis data menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku sosial anak usia 4-5 tahun di Kelompok Bermain Kenanga Raya Medan menunjukkan kemampuan dalam mengendalikan diri, berinteraksi secara intim dengan guru dan teman, bekerja sama dengan teman, serta menunjukkan rasa empati dan simpati. Metode bimbingan yang diberikan guru bervariasi, dan penelitian menemukan bahwa guru mampu mengatasi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of social behavior in early childhood, the methods used by teachers in providing guidance, and the inhibiting factors and solutions for guidance activities in the Kenanga Raya Medan playgroup. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, using a case study method. This research took place at the Kenanga Raya Medan playgroup. Participants in this study were five teachers and ten children aged 4-5 years. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman method, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. The results of the study showed that the social behavior of children aged 4-5 years at the Kenanga Raya Medan playgroup demonstrated their ability to control themselves, interact intimately with teachers and friends, cooperate with friends, and demonstrate empathy and sympathy. The guidance methods provided by teachers varied, and the study found that teachers were able to overcome obstacles in implementing guidance.
