dc.description.abstractImplementasi kebijakan penghasilan tambahan bagi pegawai negeri sipil (ASN) diharapkan dapat meningkatkan disiplin, prestasi kerja, pendapatan, dan kesejahteraan pegawai. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, dirumuskan pertanyaan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana implementasi Peraturan Wali Kota Medan No. 44 Tahun 2017 tentang Penghasilan Tambahan bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pemerintah Kota Medan dan Dinas Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Medan? (2) Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi implementasi Peraturan Wali Kota Medan No. 44 Tahun 2017 tentang Penghasilan Tambahan bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pemerintah Kota Medan dan Dinas Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Medan. The implementation of the additional income policy for civil servants (ASN) is expected to improve discipline, work performance, income, and employee welfare. Based on this background, the following questions are formulated: (1) How is the implementation of Medan Mayoral Regulation No. 44 of 2017 concerning Additional Income for Civil Servants of the Medan City Government and the Medan City Agriculture and Fisheries Service? (2) Factors influencing the implementation of Medan Mayoral Regulation No. 44 of 2017 concerning Additional Income for Civil Servants of the Medan City Government and the Medan City Agriculture and Fisheries Service.en_US
