dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the influence of interpersonal communication and work motivation on the performance of Criminal Investigation Unit personnel at the Medan City Police Resort. The proposed hypothesis is: There is an influence of interpersonal communication and work motivation on the performance of Criminal Investigation Unit personnel at the Medan City Police Resort.
