| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan iklim organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai kantor camat Sei Bingan kabupaten Langkat. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi, iklim organisasi dengan kinerja. Penelitian dilakukan kepada seluruh pegawai kantor camat Sei Bingai kabupaten Langkat yang berjumlah 38, dengan teknik sampling yaitu total sampling. Taknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, dan metode skala yaitu skala budaya organisasi dan skala iklim organisasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat hubungan yang positif yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja. Dimana koefisien r sebesar 0,363 dan p = 0,000. Koefesien determinan R² sebesar 0,132, artinya bahwa 13,2% kinerja dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi. Terdapat hubungan yang positif yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan kinerja. Dimana koefisien r sebesar 0,775 dan p = 0,000. Koefesien determinan R² sebesar 0,600, artinya bahwa 60,0% kinerja dipengaruhi oleh iklim organisasi. Secara bersama-sama variabel budaya organisasi dan iklim organisasi terdapat hubungan yang positif yang signifikan dengan kinerja. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tabel model sumarry dimana korelasi r sebesar 0,776 dan p = 0,001. Artinya secara bersama-sama variabel X1 dan X2 mempengaruhi variabel Y. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Koefesien determinan R² sebesar 0,603, artinya bahwa 60,3% kinerja dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi dan iklim organisasi. Sedangkan 39,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dapat dijelskan dalam persamaan regresi tersebut (residual). This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and organizational climate with the performance of Sei Bingan sub-district office staff in Langkat district. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture, organizational climate and performance. The study was conducted to all 38 sub-district office staff of Sei Bingai district of Langkat, with a sampling technique that is total sampling. The technique of data collection uses the documentation method, and the scale method is the scale of the organizational culture and the scale of the organization's climate. Data analysis uses multiple regression techniques. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and performance. Where the coefficient r is 0.363 and p = 0.000. The coefficient determinant of R² is 0.132, meaning that 13.2% of performance is influenced by organizational culture. There is a significant positive relationship between organizational climate and performance. Where the coefficient r is 0.775 and p = 0.000. The coefficient determinant of R² is 0,600, meaning that 60.0% of performance is influenced by the organizational climate. Together the organizational culture and organizational climate variables have a significant positive relationship with performance. This can be seen from the sumarry model table where the correlation r is 0.776 and p = 0.001. This means that together with the variables X1 and X2 affect the variable Y. Based on the results of this study, the three hypotheses proposed in this study were accepted. The coefficient determinant of R² is 0.603, meaning that 60.3% of performance is influenced by organizational culture and organizational climate. While 39.7% is influenced by other factors that cannot be described in the regression equation (residual). |
