dc.description.abstractPenehtian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Hubungan Dukungan Sosial dan Penyesuaian Diri dengan Kebahagiaan Lansia di Panti Werdha Karya Kasih Medan. Poulasi dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 86 lansia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quosi skala Likert dengan tekhnik Regresi Linier Berganda yang diharapkan dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan penyesuaian diri siswa. This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and adjustment and the happiness of the elderly at the Karya Kasih Nursing Home in Medan. The study population and sample size were 86 elderly individuals. This research method used a Likert-scale questionnaire with multiple linear regression techniques, which are expected to help improve students' adjustment.en_US
