dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim dan Koordinasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. lambang Azas Mulia Fuel Terminal Medan Group”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Pada PT. lambang Azas Mulia Fuel Terminal Medan Group”. sebanyak 45 karyawan. Dan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden diambil dari seluruh karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji t dan hasil uji t diperoleh bahwa kerjasama tim dan koordinasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. Nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,707. sehingga diperoleh KD = 70,7%. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 70,7% kinerja (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh kerjasama tim dan koordinasi. Sisanya sebesar 29,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. This research aims to know "the influence of teamwork and working discipline on employees ' work achievement at PT. lambang Azas Mulia Fuel Terminal Medan Group ". This type of research is associative which is a research that is asking relations between two variables. The population in this study is employees at PT. lambang Azas Mulia Fuel Terminal Medan Group ". As many as 45 employees. And by using saturated sample techniques, the number of samples in this study was as much as 45 respondents taken from all employees. Based on T-test results and T-test results are obtained that teamwork and work discipline affect positively and significantly against performance variables. The value of R Square earned is 0.707. So obtained KD = 70.7%. The figure shows that 70.7% of working achievements (bound variables) can be explained by teamwork and work discipline. The remaining 29.9% is influenced by other factors not described in this study.en_US
