Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Enggenering Mandiri Medan Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan di Pada CV Enggenering Mandiri Medan yang berjumlah 45 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 45 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan CV Engineering Mandiri Medan (2) secara parsial variabel Disiplin kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan CV Engineering Mandiri Medan (3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan CV Engineering Mandiri Medan The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of CV Enggenering Mandiri Medan The research method used is associative research, where variables are measured on a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees at CV Mandiri Engineering Medan, amounting to 45 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as the census. In this study the total population is relatively small as many as 45 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 23, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially motivation variables affect employee performance CV Enggenering Mandiri Medan (2) partially work discipline variables affect employee performance CV Enggenering Mandiri Medan (3) simultaneously there are positive and significant influences between motivation and discipline variables work affects the performance of employees of CV Enggenering Mandiri Medan
