| Abstract: | Fenomena bullying pada anak tidak hanya terjadi di lingkungan sekolah saja, tetapi juga terjadi di lingkungan tempat tinggal atau lembaga seperti panti asuhan. Setiap anak memiliki hak untuk tumbuh dalam suasana kebahagiaan, cinta, dan pengertian apalagi pada anak yatim piatu yang tidak mendapat kasih sayang orang tua. Perilaku bullying yang terjadi ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh konsep diri dan kontrol sosial. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dan kontrol sosial dengan perilaku bullying. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah (1) Ada hubungan konsep diri dengan perilaku bullying pada anak panti asuhan, (2) Ada hubungan kontrol sosial dengan bullying pada anak panti asuhan, (3) Ada hubungan konsep diri dan kontrol sosial dengan perilaku bullying pada anak panti asuhan. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 75 anak panti asuhan Al Washliah Pulo Brayan yang didapat dari hasil screening prapenelitian dari 356 anak. Skala yang digunakan yaitu skala konsep diri, kontrol sosial dan perilaku bullying. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara konsep diri dengan perilaku bullying anak panti asuhan; terdapat hubungan negatif antara kontrol sosial dengan perilaku bullying pada anak panti asuhan; serta terdapat hubungan negatif antara konsep diri dan kotrol sosial dengan perilaku bullying anak panti asuhan. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan F = 28,311 dan p<0,05. Ini menandakan bahwa semakin negatif konsep diri dan semakin rendah kontrol sosial maka semakin tinggi perilaku bullying. Sumbangan konsep diri terhadap perilaku bullying sebesar 42% dan sumbangan yang diberikan kontrol sosial terhadap perilaku bullying sebesar 29,6%. Sumbangan konsep diri dan kontrol sosial terhadap perilaku bullying sebesar 44%, dengan demikian masih terdapat 56% faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku bullying, diantaranya iklim sekolah dan penyesuaian diri. The phenomenon of bullying in children is not only happening in the school environment, but also occur in neighborhoods or institutions such as orphanages. Every children has the right to grow up in an atmosphere of happiness, love, and understanding especially the orphans who did not receive the love of parents. Bullying behavior can be influenced by the self concept and social control. Therefore, the proposed hypothesis are (1) There is a self concept relationship with bullying behavior in children orphanage, (2) There is a relationship of social control with bullying in children orphanage, (3) There was a self concept and social control with bullying behavior orphans. 75 research subjects orphanage Al Washliah Pulo Brayan, using sampling techniques total sampling, scale used is the scale of self concept, social control and bullying behavior. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between self concept and bullying behavior orphans; there is a significant relationship between social control with bullying behavior in children orphanage; and there is a significant negative relationship between self concept and social controls of bullying behavior orphans. These results indicated by F = 28.311 and p <0.05. This indicates that the negative lower self concept and social control, the higher the bullying behavior. Donations self concept against bullying behavior by 42% and contributions of social control against bullying by 29.6%. Donations self concept and social control of bullying behavior by 44%, with 56% so there is still another factor that may influence bullying, including school climate and adjustment. |
