Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa bakteri-bakteri tanah yang terdapat pada tanaman kelapa sawit. Kelimpahan paling banyak terdapat pada gawangan (TBM) dengan jumlah populasi 9.000.000 bakteri dan kelimpahan paling sedikit dipiringan (TM) dengan jumlah populasi 4.000.000 bakteri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa 25 isolat bakteri berhasil ditemukan dari rhizosfer tanaman kelapa sawit di PTPN IV Unit Adolina. 25 isolat terdiri atas 16 isolat berbentuk irregular, 2 isolat berbentuk filamentous, 7 isolat berbentuk circle, dan 4 isolat berbentuk rhizoid.Sebanyak 25 isolat pada Uji 25 isolat menunjukan hasil positif (-) Non sitrat dan Uji katalase juga menunjukan hasil yang sama yaitu positif (+) gelembung, Uji Patogenitas pada daun mikania menghasilkan hal yang sama yaitu negatif (-) atau daun tidak menunjukan adanya gejala nekrosis atau perubaha warna yang ditimbulkan setelah penyuntikan. This research aims to determine several soil bacteria found in oil palm plants. The greatest abundance is found in the barrier (TBM) with a population of 9,000,000 bacteria and the lowest abundance is in the plate (TM) with a population of 4,000,000 bacteria. Based on the research results, it was concluded that 25 bacterial isolates were found from the rhizosphere of oil palm plants at PTPN IV Adolina Unit. The 25 isolates consisted of 16 isolates with irregular shapes, 2 isolates with filamentous shapes, 7 isolates with circle shapes, and 4 isolates with rhizoid shapes. A total of 25 isolates in the 25 isolate test showed positive results (-) Non citrate and the catalase test also showed the same results, namely positive (+) bubbles, the pathogenicity test on mikania leaves produced the same thing, namely negative (-) or the leaves did not show any symptoms of necrosis or color changes after injection.
