dc.description.abstractRekrutmen politik merupakan salah satu fungsi partai politik yang penting bagi kontinuitas dan kelestarian partai politik. Anggota yang telah direkrut oleh partai, dilanjutkan dengan kaderisasi yang berguna bagi partai untuk kepentingan rekrutmen pengurus, rekrutmen calon anggota legislatif, serta rekrutmen calon kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah. Namun disisi lain, ditengah pertumbuhan partai politik di Indonesia, implementasi rekrutmen politik sering ditemukan fenomena yang dianggap sebagai kecurangan, seperti adanya istilah kader loncatan, kader karbitan atau kader titipan, sehingga menarik untuk dijadikan penelitian mengenai implementasi fungsi partai politik sebagai sarana rekrutmen politik pada Partai Nasional Demokrat (Nasdem) Wilayah Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif supaya penelitian mengenai implementasi fungsi partai politik sebagai sarana rekrutmen politik pada Partai Nasional Demokrat (Nasdem) Wilayah Sumatera Utara, dapat dideskripsikan secara mendalam dan luas berdasarkan pengalaman peneliti dari penelitiannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah wakabid Pemenenagan Pemilu, Kepala Sekretariat DPW Nasdem Sumatera Utara, anggota/kader Partai Nasional Demokrat (Nasdem) Wilayah Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi rekrutmen politik pada Partai Nasional Demokrat (Nasdem) Wilayah Sumatera Utara sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2008 tentang Partai Politik, hanya saja kaderisasi untuk mencetak SDM yang berkualitas perlu dioptimalkan. Saran dalam penelitian adalah Partai Nasional Demokrat (Nasdem) Wilayah Sumatera Utara perlu meningkatkan implementasi kinerja partai serta merealisasikan program kerja partai secara riil, mengoptimalkan kembali kaderisasi, mengembangkan sistem yang demokratis dalam tubuh Partai Nasional Demokrat (Nasdem) Wilayah Sumatera Utara, serta menampilkan eksistensi partai sehingga masyarakat dapat lebih mengenal Partai Nasional Demokrat (Nasdem) Wilayah Sumatera Utara. Political recruitment is one of the functions of political parties which is important for the continuity and sustainability of political parties. Members who have been recruited by the party are continued with cadre formation which is useful for the party for the purposes of recruiting administrators, recruiting legislative candidate candidates, as well as recruiting regional head and deputy regional head candidates. However, on the other hand, in the midst of the growth of political parties in Indonesia, the implementation of political recruitment often finds phenomena that are considered fraudulent, such as the term "jump cadre", "carbitan cadre" or "trusted cadre", so it is interesting to use research regarding the implementation of the function of political parties as a means of political recruitment in the Party. National Democrat (Nasdem) North Sumatra Region. This research uses a qualitative approach so that research regarding the implementation of the function of political parties as a means of political recruitment in the National Democratic Party (Nasdem) in the North Sumatra Region can be described in depth and broadly based on the researcher's experience from his research. The methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this research were the deputy head of the organization, membership, cadre formation and recruitment, as well as members/cadres of the North Sumatra Region of the National Democratic Party (Nasdem). The research results show that the implementation of political recruitment in the National Democratic Party (Nasdem) in the North Sumatra Region is in accordance with Law Number 2 of 2008 concerning Political Parties, only that cadre formation to produce quality human resources needs to be optimized. The suggestion in the research is that the National Democratic Party (Nasdem) in the North Sumatra Region needs to improve the implementation of party performance and realize the party's work program in real terms, re-optimize cadre formation, develop a democratic system within the National Democratic Party (Nasdem) in the North Sumatra Region, and display the existence of the party. so that people can get to know the National Democratic Party (Nasdem) in the North Sumatra Region better.en_US
