| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Responden yang terlibat meliputi Kepala Desa Sampali, para pegawai kantor desa seperti Sekretaris Desa, Kepala Urusan Umum (KAUR Umum), Kepala Urusan Pemerintahan (KASI Pemerintahan), dan juga masyarakat desa Sampali. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pegawai dan masyarakat selama satu bulan di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan suatu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran kepemimpinan, termasuk dalam konteks organisasi pemerintahan di tingkat desa. Kepemimpinan kepala desa berperan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang peran kepemimpinan kepala desa dalam pelayanan publik di Sampali, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kepala desa telah berhasil menjalankan perannya hal ini tercermin dari kemampuan kepala desa dalam memberikan arahan, motivasi, danmembangkitkan semangat kerja pegawai untuk memberikan pelayanan maksimal kepada masyarakat. This study employed a qualitative approach and was a descriptive study. Respondents included the Sampali Village Head, village office employees such as the Village Secretary, Head of General Affairs (KAUR Umum), Head of Government Affairs (KASI Pemerintahan), and the Sampali village community. Data were collected through interviews with employees and the community over a one-month fieldwork period. The results indicate that the success of an organization in achieving its goals is significantly influenced by the role of leadership, including in the context of village-level government organizations. The village head's leadership plays a crucial role in determining the success of improving the quality of public services. This study aims to delve deeper into the role of village head leadership in public services in Sampali, Percut Sei Tuan District. Based on the research results, the village head has successfully carried out his role, as reflected in his ability to provide direction, motivation, and rouse employee morale to provide optimal service to the community. | en_US |
