| Abstract: | Salah satu teknik dari perusahaan air minum dapat bersaing di pangsa pasar adalah meningkatkan minat beli pada konsumen. Adapun strategi pemasaran untuk menambah minat beli konsumen yaitu dapat memberikan harga produk yang relatif ekonomis dibandingkan dengan produk kompetitor dan terjaga kualitas dari produknya. Hal tersebut tentu dapat mendorong konsumen untuk berminat membeli lagi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli air mineral Cleo pada masyarakat di kecamatan Medan Timur. Penelitian yang dilakukan berjenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap masyarakat di Kecamatan Medan Timur sebanyak 100 orang sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan metode Random Sampling. Data primer penelitian didapat melalui kuesioner dengan memakai skala ordinal dan pengolahannya secara statistik dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 20.00 For Windows. Diperoleh dari hasil pengujian t penelitian, diketahui bahwa variabel harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada minat beli pada Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Medan Timur. Kemudian dari hasil pengujian t penelitian dapat diperoleh yaitu variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Medan Timur. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil uji F dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa harga serta kualitas dari produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Medan Timur. One of the ways water companies can compete in market share is to increase consumer buying interest. In a very good marketing strategy in increasing consumer buying interest is to provide product prices that are relatively economical compared to competitor products and product quality that is well maintained will certainly encourage consumer buying interest to visit again. This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on the interest in buying Cleo mineral water in the people of the East Medan sub-district. This type of research is experimental research. This research was conducted in the community in East Medan District with the Random Sampling method, with a total sample of 100 people. The primary data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire whose measurements used an ordinal scale and were processed statistically using statistical tests and with the help of SPSS version 20.00 For Windows. East Midlands District. Then from the results of the research t test it can be obtained that the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in the people in the East Medan District. Then based on the results of the F test it can be concluded that price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in the people in East Medan District. |
