Model Creative Art dalam Konseling untuk Meningkatkan Kebermaknaan Hidup dan Kebahagiaan dalam Perspektif Islam pada Mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Medan Kampus Medan Baru

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kebermaknaan hidup dan kebahagiaan dalam perspektif Islam pada mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Kampus Medan Baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model creative art dalam konseling untuk meningkatkan kebermaknaan hidup dan kebahagiaan dalam perspektif Islam pada mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Kampus Medan Baru. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development) Borg and Gall yang dilaksanakan dengan langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan produk, penyempurnaan produk, dan diseminasi. Dalam pengembangan model creative art dalam konseling untuk meningkatkan kebermaknaan hidup dan kebahagiaan dalam perspektif Islam pada mahasiswa ini, model divalidasi oleh ahli konseling dan ahli bahasa, serta di uji kepraktisannya oleh tenaga bagian adminstrasi dan akademik LP3I Kampus Medan Baru sebagai pengguna model. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan model creative art dalam konseling untuk meningkatkan kebermaknaan hidup dan kebahagiaan dalam perspektif Islam pada mahasiswa digunakan alat pengumpul data yaitu skala kebermaknaan hidup dalam perspektif Islam dan skala kebahagiaan dalam perspektif Islam. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan t-test. Subjek dalam uji coba lapangan adalah 6 orang yang dipilih dengan cara random terhadap 30 orang sampel dengan karakteristik memiliki masalah kebermaknaan hidup dan kebahagiaan dalam perspektif Islam. Tiga orang menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan tiga orang menjadi kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku model creative art dalam konseling dapat tersusun dengan spesifikasi sintaks, sistem sosial, dan prinsip-prinsip reaksi. Hal tersebut dituangkan dalam buku panduan pelaksanaan berikut lembar evaluasi perkembangan dan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kebermaknaan hidup dan kebahagiaan dalam perspektif Islam pada mahasiswa LP3I Kampus Medan Baru. Dengan demikian disarankan agar model creative art dalam konseling dapat diterapkan di lingkungan organisasi untuk dapat meningkatkan kebermaknaan hidp dan kebahagiaan dalam perspektif Islam pada mahasiswa. The problem in this research is the meaning of life and happiness in the perspective of Islam in LP3I Polytechnic students of Medan Baru Campus. This research aims to develop a creative art model to increase the meaning of life and happiness in the perspective of Islam in the LP3I Polytechnic students of Medan Baru Campus. The method used in this research is research and development Borg and Gall, which conducted with the steps of research and data collection, planning, product development, product improvement, and dissemination. In developing creative arts models in counseling to increase the meaningfulness of life and happiness in the Islamic perspective of these students, the model was validated by counseling and linguists experts, as well as practicality tested by the administrative and academic staff of the LP3I Medan Baru Campus as the model users. Meanwhile, to understand the success of the creative art model in counseling to increase the meaning of life and happiness in the perspective of Islam for students, the researcher used data collector tool which is the Islamic scale perspective for the meaning of life and happiness. Data were analyzed by ttest. Subjects in the field trial were six randomly chosen people from 30 samples with problems of the meaning of life and happiness from an Islamic perspective. Three people were used as the experimental group, and the rest were being the control group. The results showed that the creative art book model in counseling could be arranged with syntax specifications, social systems, and reaction principles. Those are stated in the manual for implementing development evaluation sheets and effectively used to improve the meaningfulness of life and happiness in an Islamic perspective on LP3I students in Medan Baru Campus. Thus it is suggested that the model of the creative arts within the environment applied in the organizational environment be able to increase the meaningfulness of life and happiness in an Islamic perspective on students.
