Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat: hubungan Transformational Leadership Style dan Quality of Work L!fe dengan Employee Engagement pada personil Satuan Korps Brigade Mobil Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : ada hubungan Tram.formational Leadership Style dan Quality of Work Life dengan Employee Engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 124 personil, teknik pengambilan data dengan cara metode skala yaitu skala Transformational Leadership Style, skala Quality of Work Life dan skala Employee Engagement, yang mana sebelumnya ketiga skala tersebut diuji cobakan terhadap 30 personil, Populasi personil Brimob yang berdinas di Medan berjumlah 774 personil, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah random sampling. This study aims to examine the relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Quality of Work Life with Employee Engagement among personnel of the North Sumatra Regional Police Mobile Brigade Corps. The hypothesis proposed is: there is a relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Quality of Work Life with Employee Engagement. This study was conducted on 124 personnel. Data collection techniques used a scale method, namely the Transformational Leadership Style scale, the Quality of Work Life scale, and the Employee Engagement scale. All three scales were previously piloted on 30 personnel. The population of Brimob personnel serving in Medan totaled 774 personnel, and the sampling technique used was random sampling.
