dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan Interpersonal Skill dan Organizational Support dengan Employee Engagement pada personil Satuan Korps Brigade Mobil Kepoiisian Daerah Sumatera Utara. Metode penel-it-ian -menggunakan -metode -kuantitatif. -Populasi penelitian sebanyak 77 4 personil. Teknik pen_gambilan sampel adalah men,ggunakan random sampling. Sampel Penelitian sebanyak 124 personil. This study aims to examine the relationship between interpersonal skills and organizational support with employee engagement among personnel of the North Sumatra Regional Police Mobile Brigade Corps.
