dc.description.abstractSetiap orang akan mengalami masalah di dalam kehidupannya. Agar mampu bertahan dalam kesulitan dan bangkit dari keterpurukan, seseorang membutuhkan resiliensi. Resiliensi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya Self-Esteem, Efikasi Diri, Duk:ungan Sosial, Spiritualitas, dan optimisme. Namun, penelitian ini hanya meneliti faktor Efik:asi Diri dan Duk:ungan Sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif k:orelasional yang bertujuan untuk: mengetahui Hubungan Efik:asi Diri dan Duk:ungan Sosial dengan Resiliensi Warga Belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi berjumlah 170 siswa Program Paket C Di PKBM Walidayna Medan dan sampel berjumlah 85 siswa dipilah menggunakan tek:nik: Poportional Stratified Random Sampling. Data dikurnpulk:an menggunakan Skala Efik:asi diri, Skala Duk:ungan Sosial dan Skala Resiliensi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan Efik:asi Diri dan Resiliensi dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,844. Ada hubungan Duk:ungan Sosial dan Resiliensi dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,888. Ada hubungan Efikasi Diri dan Dukungan Sosial dengan Resiliensi Warga Belajar dilihat dari nilai R&iuare sebesar 0,802 (80,2%), sisanya 19,8% merupakan hubungan varibel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Everyone experiences challenges in life. To survive adversity and recover from adversity, a person needs resilience. Resilience is influenced by various factors, including self-esteem, self-efficacy, social support, spirituality, and optimism. However, this study only examined self-efficacy and social support. This quantitative correlational study aims to: determine the relationship between self-efficacy and social support and student resilience. This quantitative study involved a population of 170 Package C Program students at PKBM Walidayna Medan, and a sample of 85 students selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the Self-Efficacy Scale, the Social Support Scale, and the Resilience Scale, and then analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study showed a relationship between Self-Efficacy and Resilience, with a correlation value of 0.844. There was a relationship between Social Support and Resilience, with a correlation value of 0.888. There was a relationship between Self-Efficacy and Social Support and the Resilience of the Learning Participants, as seen from the R&I value of 0.802 (80.2%), while the remaining 19.8% was attributed to other variables not examined in this study.en_US
