| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan kebutuhan transendensi dan perilaku prososial dengan caring di SMK Kesehatan Mutiara Husada Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Deskriptif Analisis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa perawat SMK Kesehatan Mutiara Husada Pematangsiantar sebanyak 162 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 42 orang. This study aims to determine the relationship between the need for transcendence and prosocial behavior with caring at Mutiara Husada Health Vocational School, Pematangsiantar. This research is a descriptive analysis. The population in this study was all 162 nursing students at Mutiara Husada Health Vocational School, Pematangsiantar. The sample size was determined using a purposive sampling technique, with 42 students. |
