Implementasi Restorative Justice dalam Penyelesaian Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan yang Dilakukan oleh Anak ( Studi Polres Tebing Tinggi )

Abstract

Anak pada dasamya adalah masa depan negara, dalam hal melakukan anak sebagai pelaku tindak pidana penganiayaan, anak tersebut wajib dilindungi untuk terjaminnya masa depan anak tersebut melalui pelaksanaan restorative justice. Berdasarkan latar belakang penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga (3) permasalahan yang di bahas, yakni:1) Bagaimana perlindu.ngan huku.m terhadap anak yang melakukan tindak pidana penganiayaan? 2) Bagaimana aturan hukum terhadap penerapan restorative justice dalam tindak pidana penganiayaan yang dilakukan oleh anak? 3 )Bagaimana hambatan dalam penerapan restorative justice? Children are fundamentally the future of the nation. When a child is a perpetrator of a crime of abuse, the child must be protected to ensure their future through the implementation of restorative justice. Based on the background of this research, three (3) issues are discussed: 1) How is legal protection provided for children who commit crimes of abuse? 2) What are the legal regulations regarding the application of restorative justice in crimes of abuse committed by children? 3) What are the obstacles to the implementation of restorative justice?
