Abstract: Pekerjaan para petugas Satlantas tidak mudah, selain hiruk pikuknya jalan raya, debu, tidak adanya jam istirahat, tidak seperti petugas yang duduk berada di dalam kantor. Untuk menghadapi keadaan tersebut dibutuhkan keadaan mental berupa penerimaan diri yang tinggi dari para personel Satlantas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kepribadian tangguh (Hardiness) dan dukungan keluarga dengan penerimaan diri pada petugas satlantas Polres Langkat The work of Traffic Police officers is not easy, not only because of the hustle and bustle of the roads, but also because of the dust and lack of rest periods, unlike officers who sit in an office. Facing these conditions requires a strong mental state of self-acceptance among Traffic Police officers. This study aims to examine the relationship between a resilient personality (hardiness) and family support with self-acceptance among Traffic Police officers at the Langkat Police.
