dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Kecamatan Bukit Kabupaten Bener Meriah bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Untuk mengetahui apakah Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional telah diterapkan pada Kantor Kecamatan Bukit Kabupaten Bener Meriah, 2) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Bukit Kabupaten Bener Meriah.sampel ditetapkan dengan teknik purposive yang terdiri dari 34 responden yaitu pegawai kantor Kecamatan Bukit Kabupaten Bener Meriah . This research was conducted at the Bukit District Office, Bener Meriah Regency. The objectives were to determine: 1) whether the Transformational Leadership Style has been implemented at the Bukit District Office, Bener Meriah Regency, and 2) to determine the effectiveness of the transformational leadership style on employee work discipline at the Bukit District Office, Bener Meriah Regency. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, consisting of 34 respondents, namely employees of the Bukit District Office, Bener Meriah Regency.en_US
