| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan work-family conflict pada karyawan wanita di PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk Medan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala dukungan sosial dan skala work-family conflict dengan model skala likert. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson product moment dimana ditemukan nilai rxy = -0.627 dengan nilai P (Sig.) = 0.000 (P < 0.01). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan work-family conflict, dimana semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang diperoleh karyawan wanita maka tingkat work-family conflict semakin rendah. Sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima dengan kontribusi efektif dukungan sosial terhadap work-family conflict sebesar 39%. This study aims to examine the relationship between social support and work-family conflict among female employees at PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk Medan. The sample size for this study was 67 people. This study used a quantitative approach. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection methods used social support scales and work-family conflict scales with a Likert scale model. The results of the study were analyzed using the Pearson product moment correlation technique, which found a value of rxy = -0.627 with a value of P (Sig.) = 0.000 (P < 0.01). These results indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between social support and work-family conflict, where the higher the social support obtained by female employees, the lower the level of work-family conflict. Thus, the hypothesis in this study is accepted with an effective contribution of social support to work-family conflict of 39%. |
