dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Iklim Sekolah dan Self Regulated Learning terhadap keterlibatan siswa di SMA Raksana Medan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif expost facto yang memiliki sifat penelitian tidak ada kontrol terhadap variabel, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 175 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap iklim sekolah, self regulated learning dengan keterlibatan siswa dilihat dari nilai koefesien determinasi (R2) = 54,9% dengan nilai p=0,000 < 0.50. Artinya munculnya keterlibatan siswa dipengaruhi oleh iklim sekolah dan self regulated learning dengan kontribusi sebesar 54,9% This research aims to see the influence of School Climate and Self Regulated Learning on student engagement at Raksana High School Medan. This research method uses quantitative expost facto which has a research nature that has no control over variables, with a sample size of 175 students. The results showed that there was a significant influence on school climate, self-regulated learning with student engagement seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) = 54.9% with a value of p=0.000 <0.50. That means the emergence of student engagement is influenced by school climate and self-regulated learning with a contribution of 54.9%.en_US
