dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Grit Terhadap Individual Work Performance Melalui Motivasi Pada Personel Polisi Bagian Sumber Daya Manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif non eksperimen dengan pendekatan survey. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tiga instrumen, yaitu data performa kerja dari institusi, skala grit, dan skala motivasi kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 personel, dengan menggunakan Teknik total sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah model mediasi dengan performa kerja sebagai variabel dependen, grit sebagai variabel independen, serta motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Hasil analisis untuk hipotesis pertama diketahui diterima karena memiliki estimasi nilai yang signifikan dengan nilai 0.503 p = <.001. Artinya, ada pengaruh langsung grit terhadap individual work performance secara signifikan dengan persentase 50%. Sedangkan untuk hasil analisis hipotesis kedua diketahui diterima karena memiliki estimasi nilai yang signifikan dengan nilai 0.303 dengan p = <.001. Artinya, ada pengaruh tidak langsung antara grit terhadap individual work performance melalui motivasi kerja. This study aims to determine the Influence of Grit on Individual Work Performance Through Motivation in Human Resources Police Personnel. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative method with a survey approach. The data collection technique uses three instruments, namely work performance data from institutions, grit scales, and work motivation scales. The population in this study amounted to 60 personnel, using the total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is a mediation model with work performance as the dependent variable, grit as the independent variable, and work motivation as the mediating variable. The results of the analysis for the first hypothesis are known to be accepted because they have a significant value estimate with a value of 0.503 p = <.001. This means that there is a direct influence of grit on individual work performance significantly with a percentage of 50%. While the results of the analysis of the second hypothesis are known to be accepted because they have a significant value estimate with a value of 0.303 with p = <.001. This means that there is an indirect influence between grit on individual work performance through work motivation.en_US
