| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi komunikasi interpersonal yang diterapkan oleh kantor Notaris & PPAT H. Subandi, SH dalam membangun kepercayaan klien. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan notaris, staf, dan klien, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang efektif meliputi penyambutan ramah, keterbukaan informasi, empati, persuasi dengan dukungan emosional, serta interaksi langsung dan komunikasi melalui telepon. Strategi tersebut sejalan dengan teori komunikasi interpersonal menurut DeVito yang menekankan pentingnya empati, keterbukaan, kredibilitas, efektivitas pesan, dan umpan balik dalam membangun hubungan yang kuat. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mendukung teori interaksi simbolik yang menjelaskan bagaimana simbol-simbol verbal, nonverbal, dan lingkungan fisik berperan dalam membangun makna bersama serta menciptakan kedekatan emosional antara notaris dan klien. Profesionalisme, pengalaman, dan kejujuran menjadi dasar utama dalam membangun kepercayaan. Meskipun keterbukaan dan transparansi menjadi kunci utama, pemanfaatan teknologi digital masih terbatas dan berpotensi dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. This study aims to identify interpersonal communication strategies implemented by the Notary & PPAT H. Subandi, SH office in building client trust. Using a descriptive qualitative method through in-depth interviews with notaries, staff, and clients, the study found that effective communication strategies include friendly greetings, openness of information, empathy, persuasion with emotional support, and direct interaction and communication via telephone. These strategies are in line with DeVito's interpersonal communication theory which emphasizes the importance of empathy, openness, credibility, message effectiveness, and feedback in building strong relationships. In addition, this study also supports the symbolic interaction theory which explains how verbal, nonverbal, and physical environmental symbols play a role in building shared meaning and creating emotional closeness between notaries and clients. Professionalism, experience, and honesty are the main foundations in building trust. Although openness an d transparency are the main keys, the use of digital technology is still limited and has the potential to be developed to improve service quality. |
