Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan self-compassion antara karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan di PT Mustika Mitra Abadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif komparatif. Populasi yang akan digunakan untuk penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Mustika Mitra Abadi yang berjumlah 80 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Mustika Mitra Abadi yang berjumlah 80 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari analisis Independent Samples T-test, diketahui terdapat perbedaan self compassion yang signifikan ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai t = -9.003 dengan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan self-compassion yang signifikan antara karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan, dengan nilai signifikansi uji T-test sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Nilai rata-rata self-compassion karyawan laki-laki sebesar 94,12 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, sedangkan nilai rata-rata self-compassion karyawan perempuan sebesar 62,32 termasuk dalam kategori sedang. This study aims to determine the differences in self-compassion between male and female employees at PT Mustika Mitra Abadi. The research method used is comparative quantitative. The population to be used for the study is all employees of PT Mustika Mitra Abadi totaling 80 employees and the sample used for the study is all employees of PT Mustika Mitra Abadi totaling 80 employees. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Based on the calculation results of the Independent Samples T-test analysis, it is known that there is a significant difference in self-compassion in terms of gender. This result is known by looking at the t value = -9.003 with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant difference in self-compassion between male and female employees, with a significance value of the T-test of 0.000 (p <0.05). The average value of self-compassion of male employees of 94.12 is included in the high category, while the average value of self-compassion of female employees of 62.32 is included in the moderate category.
