This study presents the manufacturing process of a paper tube chipping machine designed to process paper tube waste into uniform small pieces for reuse as recycled raw material. The research background addresses environmental issues caused by the accumulation of paper tube waste, which is difficult to process manually due to its cylindrical shape, varying sizes, and layered structure. The machine design applies a rotary blade cutting system, emphasizing energy efficiency, production capacity, and ergonomics. The research methodology includes literature review, field observation, design, material selection, fabrication processes, and assembly of main components such as the frame, blades, coupling, hopper, electric motor, and transmission system. Testing results show that the machine can chip paper tubes at an optimal capacity of 50 kg/hour, significantly reducing processing time compared to manual methods, while supporting the implementation of circular economy principles. This study contributes to the development of efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly industrial solid waste processing technology.
