dc.description.abstractPT. Social Bella Indonesia sendiri telah mengimbangi era pasar modernisasi dengan mengembangkan aplikasi SOCO by Sociolla. Aplikasi SOCO by Sociollamerupakan aplikasi toko produk kecantikan yang memperjualbelikan produk kecantikan seperti alat kecantikan, perawatan kulit, perawatan tubuh, perawatan rambut dan lain-lain. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan memungkinkan pelanggan dengan mudah berbelanja secara online, namun tak jarang berbelanja online juga membuat para pelanggan merasa kecewa. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen ulasan pengguna aplikasi SOCO by Sociolla menggunakan metode Decision Tree. Kumpulan data sebanyak 3.250 ulasan dari Google Play Store telah digunakan. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk menentukan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dan mengevaluasi kinerja algoritma Decision Tree dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen pengguna sebagai positif, negatif, atau netral. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mencapai hasil akurasi 88%, dengan presisi 82% dan recall 79%. Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk memahami ulasan pelanggan pada aplikasi SOCO by Sociolla dan menawarkan wawasan tentang kekuatan dan area aplikasi untuk perbaikan layanan. PT. Social Bella Indonesia itself has balanced the era of the modernization market by developing the SOCO by Sociolla application. The SOCO by Sociolla application is a beauty product store application that sells beauty products such as beauty tools, skin care, body care, hair care and others. The developed application allows customers to easily shop online, but often shopping online also makes customers feel disappointed. The study aims to analyze the sentiment of SOCO by Sociolla app user reviews using the Decision Tree method. A dataset of 3,250 reviews from the Google Play Store has been used. The main goal is to determine the level of customer satisfaction and evaluate the performance of the Decision Tree algorithm in classifying user sentiment as positive, negative, or neutral. Research shows that this method achieves 88% accuracy, with 82% accuracy and 79% recall. This research contributes to understanding customer reviews on SOCO by Sociolla apps and offers insight into the strengths and areas of applications for service improvement.en_US
