dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis rantai pasok bayam hidroponik di Sufi Agrifarm. Pengambilan responden dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif (FSCN) untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai rantai pasok, serta pendekatan kuantitatif (SCOR) untuk mengetahui kinerja rantai pasok bayam hidroponik di Sufi Agrifarm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rantai pasok bayam hidroponik Sufi Agrifarm mencakup aliran produk dari produsen ke pasar modern dan pedagang pasar tradisional hingga sampai ke konsumen, dengan informasi yang mengalir terkait kebutuhan, ketersediaan, dan standar kualitas bayam. Perbedaan utama dalam alur ini terletak pada sistem pembayaran, di mana pedagang pasar tradisional membayar secara tunai, sementara pasar modern menggunakan transfer bank. Kinerja rantai pasok bayam hidroponik ke pasar modern dan tradisional secara keseluruhan sangat baik. Kedua jalur distribusi termasuk kategori superior dalam hal pengiriman, kesesuaian standar, pemenuhan pesanan, lead time, siklus pemenuhan, dan fleksibility. Pada indikator Cash to Cash Cycle Time, rantai pasok ke pasar tradisional lebih efisien dengan waktu 2 hari dibanding pasar modern yang mencapai 31 hari menunjukkan arus kas yang lebih cepat. This study aims to describe and analyze the hydroponic spinach supply chain at Sufi Agrifarm. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods. Data analysis in this study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach (FSCN) to obtain an overview of the supply chain, and a quantitative approach (SCOR) to determine the performance of the hydroponic spinach supply chain at Sufi Agrifarm. The results show that Sufi Agrifarm's hydroponic spinach supply chain includes the product flow from producers to modern markets and traditional market traders to consumers, with information flowing regarding spinach needs, availability, and quality standards. The main difference in this flow lies in the payment system, where traditional market traders pay in cash, while modern markets use bank transfers. The overall performance of the hydroponic spinach supply chain to both modern and traditional markets is very good. Both distribution channels are categorized as superior in terms of delivery, standard compliance, order fulfillment, lead time, fulfillment cycle, and flexibility. In the Cash to Cash Cycle Time indicator, the supply chain to traditional markets is more efficient with a time of 2 days compared to modern markets which reaches 31 days, indicating a faster cash flow.en_US
