Pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Guru pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta Pemda Langkat Bahorok

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Guru pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta Pemda Langkat Bahorok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling Penentuan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus sampel jenuh (sensus). Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 60 responden yaitu Guru pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta Pemda Langkat Bahorok. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dengan melakukan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (Uji t) diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kompetensi Profesional terhadap Kinerja Guru, demikian juga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Guru, Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan (Uji f) secara bersama- sama diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kompetensi Profesional dan lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Guru. This study aims to examine the influence of professional competence and physical work environment on teacher performance at the Langkat Bahorok Regional Government Private Vocational High School. This type of research is quantitative research that uses non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. Determination of the number of samples in this study uses the saturated sample formula (census). In this study, the sample consisted of 60 respondents, namely teachers at the Langkat Bahorok Regional Government Private Vocational High School. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents by conducting observations. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the partial test (t test), the results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between professional competence on teacher performance, as well as a positive and significant influence between physical work environment on teacher performance. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (f test) together, the results showed that there was a significant influence between professional competence and physical work environment on teacher performance.
