Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Aparatur Negara Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Kantor Camat Medan Baru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi mepunyai pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebar kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni seluruh ASN Kantor Camat Medan Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 26 responden, dengan menggunakan rumus teknik sampling jenuh sebagai teknik pengambilan sampelnya. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear sederhana, uji t dan koefisien determinasi dengan menguunakan software SPSS 23 (Statistic Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel independen yaitu motivasi terhadap variabel dependen produktivitas kerja. Variabel motivasi diperoleh nilai t adalah menunjukkan bahwa t hitung yang dimiliki variabel Motivasi (X) sebesar 6,148 dengan nilai t tabel 1,711 maka diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung > t tabel. Nilai signifikan t dari variabel Motivasi (X) sebesar 0,000, yang dimana nilai ini jauh lebih kecil dari nilai batas signifikan yaitu 0,05. Sehingga secara parsial Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Pada Kantor Camat Medan Baru. This study aims to find out whether motivation has an influence on work productivity. The research method used is a quantitative approach using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population used in this study is all ASN of the Medan Baru Sub-district Office. This study used as many as 26 respondents, using the formula of saturated sampling techniques as the sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study uses statistical analysis consisting of validity test, reality test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression, t test and determination coefficient using SPSS 23 (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between independent variables, namely motivation, and dependent variables of work productivity. The motivation variable obtained a value of t is to show that the t calculation has the variable Motivation (X) of 6.148 with a table value of 1.711, then it is known that the value of t is calculated > t table. The significant value t of the Motivation variable (X) is 0.000, which is much smaller than the significant limit value of 0.05. So in part, motivation has a significant influence on work produktivity State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Medan Baru Sub-district office.
