Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bagaimana gambaran kepuasan kerja pada pegawai Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Medan dengan jumlah 176 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan total sampel 176 orang. Berdasarkan data penilitian yang didapat bahwasanya kepuasan kerja secara umum dengan nilai minimum 48.00, nilai maksimum 69.00, nilai mean 58.71, maka hasil penjelasan data diatas didapat kepuasan kerja secara umum adalah tinggi. Berdasarkan data demografi jenis kelamin di dapat data sampel kepuasan kerja pada laki-laki dengan nilai minimum sebesar 48.00, nilai maksimum sebesar 69.000, nilai mean sebesar 58.67, serta nilai standar deviasi sebesar 3.342, maka hasil penjelasan diatas di dapat kepuasan kerja pada laki-laki ialah tinggi. Selanjutnya, data sampel kepuasan kerja pada perempuan dengan nilai minimum sebesar 53.00, nilai maksimum sebesar 69.000, nilai mean sebesar 58.76, serta nilai standar deviasi sebesar 3.216, maka hasil penjelasan diatas di dapat kepuasan kerja pada perempuan lebih tinggi dari pada kepuasan kerja pada laki-laki. Berdasarkan hasil kategorisasi skor variabel kepuasan kerja secara keseluruhan, diketahui bahwa sebanyak 52 orang (30%) berada pada kategori kepuasan kerja tinggi, 97 orang (55%) berada pada kategori sedang, dan 27 orang (15%) berada pada kategori rendah. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze how the description of job satisfaction among employees of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of Medan City. The population in this study were 176 employees of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of Medan City. This study used a total sampling technique with a total sample of 176 people. Based on the research data obtained that general job satisfaction with a minimum value of 48.00, a maximum value of 69.00, a mean value of 58.71, then the results of the explanation of the data above obtained general job satisfaction is high. Based on demographic data of gender obtained sample data of job satisfaction in men with a minimum value of 48.00, a maximum value of 69.000, a mean value of 58.67, and a standard deviation value of 3.342, then the results of the explanation above obtained job satisfaction in men is high. Furthermore, the sample data of job satisfaction in women with a minimum value of 53.00, a maximum value of 69,000, a mean value of 58.76, and a standard deviation value of 3.216, then the results of the explanation above show that job satisfaction in women is higher than job satisfaction in men. Based on the results of the categorization of the overall job satisfaction variable score, it is known that as many as 52 people (30%) are in the high job satisfaction category, 97 people (55%) are in the medium category, and 27 people (15%) are in the low category.
