This study aims to examine the correlation between resilience and quarter-life crisis among working students of the Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Medan Area. The population consists of 163 individuals, with samples selected using total sampling. The criteria for participants include being active students aged 20–29 years who work either full-time and part-time. Data were collected using a Likert scale, consisting of two measurement tools: the resilience scale based on aspects from Reivich & Shatte (2002), and the quarter-life crisis scale based on aspects from Robbins & Wilner (as cited in Herawati & Hidayat, 2020). Analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation test showed a significant negative correlation between resilience and quarter-life crisis, with a correlation coefficient of r = - 0.605 and a significance value of p = 0.001 (p < 0.05). This means that the higher the level of resilience, the lower the level of quarter-life crisis experienced by students. The effective contribution of resilience to the quarter-life crisis is 36.6%, indicating that resilience has a considerable impact on students’ psychological conditions. In general, the participants demonstrated a high level of resilience and a low level of quarter-life crisis. These findings highlight the importance of resilience as a protective factor in facing the pressures of early adulthood transition
