This study aims to determine the relationship between the non-physical work environment and work engagement among nurses at Advent Hospital Medan. This research employed a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The subjects in this study consisted of 65 nurses selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted using a non-physical work environment scale and a work engagement scale. The data analysis technique used was Pearson's correlation test. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between the non-physical work environment and work engagement, indicated by a correlation coefficient (Rxy) of 0.713 with a significance value of 0.001 (P<0.05), meaning the hypothesis is accepted. The more positive the nonphysical work environment, the higher the work engagement. This is also supported by the coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.509, which means that the nonphysical work environment contributes 50.9% to work engagement among nurses at Advent Hospital Medan.
