Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran resiliensi warga binaan perempuan di Lapas Kelas II A Labuhan Ruku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed method dengan populasi 43 warga binaan perempuan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan skala resiliensi yang disusun dari aspek resiliensi Connor-Davidson. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar warga binaan perempuan 94,8% (37 orang) memiliki tingkat resiliensi yang tinggi, sisanya 5,2% (2 orang) memiliki tingkat resiliensi sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif, ditemukan bahwa aspek keyakinan spiritual adalah aspek dengan sebaran rata-rata nilai tertinggi (94%) dan aspek percaya terhadap naluri adalah aspek dengan rata-rata nilai terendah (85%). Penelitian ini menyoroti kompleksitas ketahanan psikologis manusia terhadap kondisi keterbatasan, serta kapasitas individu untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan resiliensi di tengah kesulitan. This study aims to describe the profile of psychological resilience among female inmates at Lapas Kelas II A Labuhan Ruku. This research employed a mixed method approach with a population of 43 female inmates. The sample of this research is taken by using total sampling technique. Data were collected by interview and resilience scale constructed from the theory of Connor-Davidson and descriptive statistics were used for the analysis. The research found that the majority of female inmates 94,8% (37 persons), demonstrate high levels of resilience, while the remaining 5,2% (2 persons) exhibit moderate levels of resilience. Based on descriptive analysis results, it was found that the spiritual conviction dimension had the highest average score distribution (94%), while trust in instinct was the dimension with the lowest average score (85%). This research highlights the complexity of human psychological resilience in constrained conditions, as well as the individual capacity to maintain and develop resilience amid difficulties.
