| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterlibatan keluarga dan komitmen organisasi di kalangan pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 68 pegawai. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. This study aims to determine the relationship between family involvement and organizational commitment among employees of the Deli Serdang Regency Education Office. The sample used in this study was 68 employees. The sample was drawn using total sampling. |
