| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Workplace well-being (kesejahteraan di tempat kerja) terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Asuransi Ramayana Medan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 31 karyawan, Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa skala workplace well-being yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek dari workplace well-being dan penilaian kinerja karyawan yang dinilai langsung oleh perusahaan. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (normalitas dan linearitas), serta uji regresi linear sederhana menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari workplace well-being terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan Hasil analisis regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu satuan workplace well-being akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,353 satuan. Dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, hubungan tersebut dinyatakan signifikan secara statistik. Persamaan regresi Y = 8,491 + 0,353x ini memperkuat kesimpulan bahwa well-being berpengaruh secara nyata dan positif terhadap kinerja.. Hal ini berarti bahwa 40.5% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel workplace well-being, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar dari kesejahteraan individu, kesejahteraan kelompok, dan kesejahteraan organisasi. Selain itu, nilai mean empirik dari kedua variabel tergolong tinggi, sehingga menggambarkan bahwa kesejahteraan di tempat kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Ramayana Medan berada pada kategori baik. This study aims to examine the influence of workplace well-being on employee performance at PT. Asuransi Ramayana Medan. The research employs a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 31 employees, selected using a nonprobability sampling technique, specifically total sampling. Data collection instruments include a workplace well-being scale developed based on relevant aspects of workplace well-being, and employee performance assessments conducted directly by the company. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality and linearity), and simple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics version 27. The results indicate a positive and significant effect of workplace well-being on employee performance. The linear regression analysis shows that each one-unit increase in workplace wellbeing leads to a 0.353-unit increase in employee performance. With a significance value of 0.000, the relationship is statistically significant. The regression equation Y = 8.491 + 0.353x reinforces the conclusion that well-being has a real and positive impact on performance. This means that 40.5% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the workplace well-being variable, while the remaining 59.5% is influenced by other factors beyond individual, group, and organizational well-being. Furthermore, the empirical mean values of both variables are relatively high, indicating that workplace well-being and employee performance at PT. Asuransi Ramayana Medan are in the good category. |
