| dc.description.abstract | terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Socfindo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Socfindo, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 125 orang, dan jumlah sample penelitian yaitu 67 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kuota sampling. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis persamaan regresi. Quality work life berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja dan seberapa besar pengaruh quality work life berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja dibuktikan dengan koefisen (rxy) senilai 0,604 dengan sig (p) 0,000. Maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima, besarnya pengaruh yang didapatkan dari koefisien determinan ialah 0,365. Yang berarti bahwa quality work of life berpengaruh sebesar 36,5% terhadap motivasi kerja jika terjadi peningkatan 1 poin terhadap variabel quality of work life. Berdasrkan analisis data diketahui bahwa quality of work life memasuki kategori tinggi, terlihat dari mean hipotetik 70 < mean empirik 77,60. Lalu, dapat dilihat bahwa motivasi kerja juga memasuki kategori tinggi, terlihat dari mean hipotetik 65 < dari mean empirik 71,73. This study aims to determine the influence of quality of work life on the work motivation of PT Socfindo employees. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population of this study is PT Socfindo employees, the population in this study amounted to 125 people, and the number of research samples was 67 people. The sampling technique in this study was quota sampling. The scale used was the Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this study was regression equation analysis. Quality of work life has a positive effect on work motivation and how much influence quality of work life has on work motivation is evidenced by the coefficient (rxy) of 0.604 with a sig (p) of 0.000. So the hypothesis in this study is accepted, the magnitude of the influence obtained from the determinant coefficient is 0.365. Which means that quality of work of life has a 36.5% effect on work motivation if there is a 1 point increase in the quality of work life variable. Based on data analysis, it is known that quality of work life enters the high category, seen from the hypothetical mean of 70 <the empirical mean of 77.60. Then, it can be seen that work motivation also enters the high category, as seen from the hypothetical mean of 65 < the empirical mean of 71.73. | en_US |
