Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara resiliensi terhadap work engagement pada Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Narumonda, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif analisis regresi linear sederhana. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru yang mengajar di SMAN Negeri 1 Siantar Narumonda yang berjumlah 51 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tek Teknik Total Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala resiliensi dan skala work engagement, yang disusun dengan skala model likert. Dengan koefisien t sebesar 1.714, dengan harga p = 0.043 berarti p<0.05 maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Dalam arti ada pengaruh positif resiliensi terhadap work engagement, berdasarkan hasil analisis yang tertera, maka dapat dituliskan y = 12.416 + 0.238*(X). Artinya besaran pengaruh resiliensi terhadap work engagement jika tejadi peningkatan variabel X sebanyak 1 poin maka terjadi peningkatan work engagement sebesar 0.057 dengan konstribusi sebesar 5.700%. This research aims to determine the influence of resilience on work engagement in teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Narumonda, this research method uses quantitative research simple linear regression analysis methods. The population and sample in this study were all teachers who teach at SMAN Negeri 1 Siantar Narumonda, totaling 51 people, the sampling technique in this study used the Total Sampling Technique. The data collection method in this study used a resilience scale and a work engagement scale, which were arranged with a Likert model scale. With a t-coefficient of 1.714, with a p value of 0.043 meaning p <0.05, the hypothesis in this study is accepted. In the sense that there is a positive influence of resilience on work engagement, based on the results of the analysis listed, it can be written y = 12.416 + 0.238 * (X). This means that the magnitude of resilience's influence on work engagement is such that if variable X increases by 1 point, work engagement increases by 0.057, contributing 5.700%.
