Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Regulasi Diri dan Keterlibatan Siswa Secara Simultan Mempengaruhi Disiplin Positif Dalam Program Buku Taat Di SMA Nurul Iman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi melalui SPSS. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 535 siswa di SMA Nurul Iman, dengan sampel sebanyak 230 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin Dari data analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan nilai Y = 19,153 + 0,141 + 0,386 dapat dijelaskan bahwa Nilai koefisien variabel regulasi diri menunjukkan sebesar 0,141 (> 0,05) maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh Disiplin poditif dalam meningkatkan regulasi diri artinya Hipotesis diterima. Nilai koefisien variabel keterlibatan siswa menunjukkan sebesar 0,386 (> 0,05) maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh disiplin positif dalam meningkatakan keterlibatan siswa di SMA nurul Iman artinya Hipotesis diterima. Nilai koefesien determinasi ( R-Square) sebesar 0,55 atau 55%, yang berarti bahwa variabel independen, yaitu Regulasi Diri dan keterlibatan siswa, secara bersama-sama (simultan) mampu menjelaskan 55% variasi yang terjadi pada variabel dependen, yaitu Disiplin Positif pada siswa. Sementara itu, Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,046 mengoreksi nilai R Square untuk jumlah variabel dan sampel yang digunakan, menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 4.6% perubahan dalam Disiplin Positif dapat dijelaskan secara akurat oleh model regresi ini. Dengan demikian, sisanya sebesar 45% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar model, yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the Effect of Positive Discipline in the obedience book program can have a simultaneous effect on increasing Self-Regulation and Student Engagement at Nurul Iman High School. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination through SPSS. The study population was 535 students at Nurul Iman High School, with a sample of 230 people determined using the Yamane formula. From the multiple linear regression analysis data, the value of Y = 19.153 + 0.141 + 0.386 can be explained that the coefficient value of the self-regulation variable shows 0.141 (>0.05) so it is concluded that there is a positive influence of Discipline in increasing self-regulation meaning the Hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient value of the student engagement variable shows 0.386 (>0.05) so it is concluded that there is a positive influence of discipline in increasing student engagement at Nurul Iman High School meaning the Hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R-Square) value is 0.55, or 55%, meaning that the independent variables, namely Self-Regulation and Student Engagement, together (simultaneously) are able to explain 55% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely Positive Discipline in students. Meanwhile, the Adjusted R-Square value of 0.046 corrects the R-Square value for the number of variables and sample used, indicating that approximately 4.6% of the change in Positive Discipline can be accurately explained by this regression model. Thus, the remaining 45% is explained by other factors outside the model, which were not examined in this study.
