| Abstract: | Kelelahan Kerja merupakan kondisi karyawan yang berubah setelah melakukan pekerjaan. Seperti stamina berkurang, emosi tidak stabil dan kinerja yang buruk. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelelahan kerja karyawan yang bekerja pada bagian Gudang di PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana Rantau Prapat. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 32 karyawan yang bekerja pada bagian Gudang dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Total Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur berupa Skala Kelelahan kerja yang di susun berdasarkan Faktor-Faktor Kelelahan Kerja Menurut Suma`mur (2009). Hasil dari Penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Faktor Internal lebih tinggi mempengaruhi Kelelahan Kerja dengan Mean Deskriptif Statistik 48,09, dan Faktor Eksternal memiliki Mean Deskriptif Stastik 45,94. Dengan indikator Internal yaitu Jenis kelamin menjadi tertinggi dengan Extraction 0,856, disusul Status Kesehatan, dan usia. Eksternal dengan Indikator lingkungan fisik Extraction 0.752, Disusul dengan masa kerja. Hasil penelitian menyatakan faktor Internal dan Eksternal sama-sama mempengaruhi kelelahan kerja karyawan di PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana Rantau Prapat. Work Fatigue is the condition of employees who change after doing work. Such as reduced stamina, unstable emotions and poor performance. This study was conducted to find out the factors that affect the work fatigue of employees working in the warehouse section at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana Rantau Prapat. The method in this study uses a quantitative method with a Descriptive approach using the IBM SPSS application. The sample in this study is 32 employees who work in the Warehouse section with a sampling technique, namely Total Sampling. This study uses a measurement tool in the form of a Work Fatigue Scale which is compiled based on Factors of Work Fatigue According to Suma'mur (2009). The results of this study are known that Internal Factors have a higher effect on Work Fatigue with a Statistical Descriptive Mean of 48.09, and External Factors have a Statistic Descriptive Mean of 45.94. With the Internal indicator, namely Gender being the highest with Extraction 0.856, followed by Health Status, and age. External with Extraction physical environment indicator 0.752, Followed by working period. The results of the study stated that Internal and External factors both affect employee work fatigue at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana Rantau Prapat. |
