| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh psychological empowerment terhadap kinerja Personil Polri Devisi Sabhara Polda Sumut dengan self efficacy sebagai mediasi. Kinerja merupakan tingkat keberhasilan yang dicapai oleh seseorang baik kualitas maupun kuantitas dari pencapaian tugas-tugas atau pekerjaannya sesuai dengan standar dan kriteria yang ditetapkan untuk pekerjaan itu serta sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi/perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 279 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi penilaian kinerja yang diperoleh melalui dokumentasi dari bagian SDM (penilaian kinerja 1 semester (bulan Juni-Desember 2024) periode II tahun 2024), skala psychological empowerment, dan skala self efficacy. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa self efficacy bukan merupakan variabel intervening yang baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja, khususnya pada personil Polri Divisi Sabhara Polda Sumatera Utara. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja personil Polri Divisi Sabhara Polda Sumatera Utara dapat melalui peningkatan Psychological Empowerment secara langsung, dikarenakan pengaruh langsung (direct effect) lebih besar daripada pengaruh tidak langsungnya (indirect effect). This study aims to examine the influence of psychological empowerment on the performance of the Sabhara Division personnel of the North Sumatra Regional Police, with self-efficacy as a mediator.Performance is the level of success achieved by an individual, both in terms of quality and quantity, from the completion of tasks or work according to the standards and criteria set for that job and in line with the goals of the organization/company.This research uses a quantitative method.The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a sample size of 279 people.The data collection method used is performance appraisal documentation obtained from the HR department (performance appraisal for one semester (June-December 2024) period II of 2024), psychological empowerment scale, and self-efficacy scale.The research results indicate that self-efficacy is not a good intervening variable in improving performance, especially among the personnel of the Sabhara Division of the North Sumatra Regional Police.To improve the performance of the personnel in the Sabhara Division of the North Sumatra Regional Police, it can be achieved through direct enhancement of Psychological Empowerment, as the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect. |
