This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and psychological well-being among adolescents in the Carat Medan community. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population in this study consists of all members of the Carat Medan community, totaling 573 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample size in this study was 76 people. The measurement tools used were the self-efficacy scale (28 items, α = 0.910) and the psychological well-being scale (26 items, α = 0.879). The results of Pearson's correlation analysis showed a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and psychological well-being, with a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.599 and a significance of P 0.000 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value was 0.359, indicating that 35.9% of the variation in psychological well-being could be explained by self-efficacy. Empirical and hypothetical mean analysis shows that self-efficacy (M = 87.05 > 70; SD = 7.374) and psychological well-being (M = 80.29 > 65; SD = 6.433) are both classified as high. These results indicate that members of the Carat Medan community have high self-efficacy and psychological well-being, and that strong self-confidence plays an important role in supporting the psychological well-being of adolescents.en_US
