dc.description.abstractOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan kontribusi individu yang mendalam melebihi tuntutan peran di tempat kerja sehingga diberi penghargaan (reward) oleh perolehan kinerja tugas. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Organizational Cirizenship Behavior (OCB) diantaranya adalah komitmen organisasi. komitmen organisasi merupakan sikap yang mencerminkan sejauh mana seseorang individu mengenal dan terikat pada organisasinya Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel komitmn organisasi(X) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Inalum yang berjumlah 146 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga terdapat 93 orang sampel. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi memberi pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap variabel terikat Y (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). Hal ini diindikasikan oleh nilai t-hitung X (12.863) > t-tabel (1.98) dan p-value (0,000) <0,05. Dengan kata lain, semakin baik komitmen organisasi, semakin tinggi peluang Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Hasil uji deteminasi R menunjukkan nilai 0.626 atau 62.6%. Hal ini berarti besarnya pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior adalah sebesar 64.5% Kepada PT.Inalum disarankan untuk lebih memperhatikan aspek aspek yang dapat meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior seperti komitmen organisasi, kualitas pelayanan dan sebagainya sehingga tingkat Organizational Citizenship Behavior dapat lebih ditingkatkan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a deep individual contribution beyond the demands of a role in the workplace so that it is rewarded by the acquisition of task performance. Many factors influence Organizational Characteristics Behavior (OCB), one of which is Organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is an attitude that reflects the extent to which an individual knows and is bound to his BEHAVIOR. The present study is a quantitative one aimed at determining the effect of Organizational commitment variable (X) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). The population of this research is 146 employee PT Inalum. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula so that there are 93 people in the sample. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire and data analysis used simple linear regression. The results showed that Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the dependent variable Y (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). This is indicated by the t-value of X (12,863) > t-table (1.98) and p-value (0.000) <0.05. In other words, the better the Organizational commitment, the higher the opportunity for Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results of the R determination test showed a value of 0.626 or 62.6%. This means that the magnitude of the influence of Organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 64.5%. PT.Inalum is advised to pay more attention to aspects that can improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior such as Organizational commitment, service quality and so on so that the level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be further improved.en_US
